Founded by Anthony J. Drexel, Drexel University is a university with three campuses in Phildadelphia, Pennsylvania and one in Sacramento, California. It's a private, non-profit institute set in an urban area with over 70 undergraduate programs and more than 100 master's, doctoral, and professional programs. It's well-known for their co-op program that offers students an opportunity to gain up to 18 months of paid full-time work experience in their particular field, before graduating. Ontop of the beneficial aspects of Drexel Uni, one of the main reasons why I became attracted to it was because of it's many courses in web design and development. On various college sites, Drexel is a featured school when searching for offerings in web majors. As someone who aspires to go through a career in that field, Drexel is definitely in my sights. Although, it's tuition of $40k is definitely an obstacle i'd have to overcome.
